unsolicited text. I get charged for ever text over 100. I don't appreciate receiving texts that potentially cost me money

Yes.  I just received the same message about Eliminating 92 % debt.  How do we stop these messages?

What?!?!?  They only offered to eliminate 82 percent of my debt!

Here's the entire msg...

"Eliminate up to 82 percent of your debt today - Really!  Text Yes if you would like to know more.  TXT No to opt out or Email your # to [email protected] - Survey"

I get charged for every text.  I am on the do not call list.  I want this to stop.  I have never had these before.  How do I stop this?
