offered something like 9000 dollars by saying my name and number have been selected yet couldn't say my name. clearly a scam. lots of background noise and a somewhat thick accent.
Caller with an Asian accent said that he/she was from the "government" and I was to receive a "government" grant for $9000. When I asked what government? North Korea? Laos? The caller started to stutter and started the script again that I was to receive a $9000 grant. I hung up and hope they don't keep calling.
Called twice, thus fa rappears to be a recording, when a message is left, it is incomplete. As stated in previous complaint, the recording says good bye and disconnects. If they can't id your company or leave coherent message, it is not a legitimate call. Don't bother answering or listening to VM, just delete and block if possible.
