I got a call from DirecTV with an automated message asking how my recent service was.  Ironically enough I did have a problem with the purchase with my most recent Pay Per View experience.  I did not get the Pay Per View when it came on and spent a good 45 minutes arguing with the reps regarding the problem they had. At one point the rep, Kyle from the Montana Call Center suggested I was lying about not receiving the PPV event.  WHY THE HECK WOULD I BE TALKING TO YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE IF I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT???  UGH! Back to the call though, the prompt offered the option 1 if I was dissatisfied with my service.  Naturally I pressed 1 and waited over 2 minutes for someone to pick up.  At one point hearing complete silence for the last minute.  I was then given another automated message stating that all operators were busy and to leave a message.  ARE YOU KIDDING ME???  Obviously I had to leave a message stating how THEY contacted me for feedback and yet again failed to provide any decent customer service.  The obsolute topper was when I was about to leave my contact information the recorder cut me off and ended the call.  Either God hates me or DirecTV has the WORST, THE WORST customer service ever.
