It's the free cruise survey scam. Call back gets, "Thanks for calling. The survey you were called for is now finished." There is no survey just some nonsense questions. You'll be offered a free something for completing the survey then asked for your credit card number. It's a SCAM. Block it. Here's a news report on it:

(310) 873-6539 called today - (310) 873-6438 & (310) 873-6587 called some days ago, They are probably the same scam. I did not answer to any of those calls. They left no message. Why bother to call them back? I just ignore them and go on with my life.
