This is a professional scam artist who scammed my father allllllllllll day from noon until late evening threatening to be the IRS and they were watching his phone, his house, his bank account, threatened they were coming to arrest him if they did not do what he said. Claimed he owed back taxes from 2012 etcc. My father spent all day on the phone with these folks demanding he drive all over town buying I tunes cards and target cards and had him scratch the numbers and codes off and give to them and had him mail them and said they would pay the postage. The sheriff called and answered my fathers phone and they had no shame in talking trash to the sheriff etc. They got my father for 12,000 in one day using scare tactics etc. PLEASE REPORT THIS NUMBER AND INDIVIDUALS IMMEDIATETLY. They are calling from LA or Beverly Hills. The number may come up on your phone as just a 4 as well or a 999-999-9999. They will claim to be the IRS and use so many scare tactics and threats to get you to do anything they say. As I stated, they even talked trash to the sheriffs office who answered the phone. REPORT IMMEDIATETLY!!!!!!!!!!!!
