These scumbags called at 7:46 AM. WTF???. Answered and I heard what sounded like a bunch of people at a call center, then click, dead air!

1/24/17  8:55 PST  Called while I was out.  ID read unknown and no message left.  Don't know or care what it is about.  Can't be too important/

"Hello. This is an important message about a legal status of your account. As recently instructed by attorney general of the state, this must be resolved immediately. Please call back at 435-374-4984. Once again, that number is 435-374-4984. You must call back right now." Really? What account? Whose account? What state? This is one the lamest scams I've ever heard.
