I received a call and called back many times. Multiple time before 4pm and a couple times after 8pm. Doctor's offices usually have a voicemail. No one ever picked up. But I am waiting for a call from the UCLA Medicla Center in Santa Monica.
All received intermittent calls from (310)899-7407, no message was left. i remember about a month ago, i think that was the number, i answered it by accident since it is a local area code for me & the idiot said "Who is this?" i replied "Who are you?" & there was silence, so i hung up.
