I have been getting calls 3-4 times per day for a few weeks now. They never leave a message on my voicemail. I refuse to answer these calls because I do not know the caller. I want to get rid of them, but I don't know how. It is very irritating. I am worried that, one day when I am using my earpiece [like while driving] I may accidentally take the call. I assume they are some type of telemarketer, or something worse.
I got those calls too. It's the Verizon voice message center alerting to past due amount and imminent suspension of service. You can usually hit the button saying 'partial payment' is on the way if you're having trouble paying at the moment... that at least gives you a 12-day repreive. The calls will also stop too, jeeze!
