CID Out of Area.  Robocall allegedly for Veterans of America for auto and real estate donations.  Asks you to call 800-669-0250.   I say allegedly because if you search for this 800 number on this site, someone apparently from Veterans of America they don't solicit by phone.

Despite mine being just the second report here, my blocking service stopped this number when they called yesterday at 11:20 am.
