Called on a Saturday saying that our business has charged his account $1000 dollars and wanted to know why. I asked him how he got my cell phone number and he said his bank gave it to him. How or why his bank would know or give him my private cell phone number is beyond me. He asked about our company and what it does and I told him as I tell many people (we are in agricultural tourism so we get a lot of calls from tourists). It all sounded very strange. I told him nothing other than what our business does but he wanted to know how to rectify the issue. I just told him to have the bank person that gave him my number to call me. I'll hand over that number and his to the fraud department at my bank.
