unknown number calling

have no idea... didn't answer... may be a legit call... but left no message

Received an unwanted call from this number and I am on the DO NOT CALL Registry.  It is surveysampling.com  My name is Kathy Kukulka

I answered but no one got on the line. CID only shows the phone number. If it is a survey then the DNC rules don't apply. If they continue to call I'll block because we don't do phone surveys.

Keeps calling but no one is on the line when I answer. I'm on the Do Not Call List.
