Who called from 3109291360

I had been getting calls from this number every day for a month. When I pick up they hang up and when I don't they don't leave message.

They called me today at 5:00 PM, asked for me by name and said they were representing Visa/MC. I asked why they were calling and they hung up.

Did not answer, they left no message, they have called five times in three days, now they are blocked.

I called this number back, there is a recording to ask to be put on their don't call list to press 1 and repeats it again and to press 3. I did and the recording said thank you, you have been placed on the do not call list.

So tired of those calls...at around 3 pm everyday, from the so-called "business development centre"...how do I get out of this??!!
