I got a call from this number two they said I was being sued they wanted to last four digits of my social to verify I told him it I hung up on him

310-929-7508 this number called and told me a lawsuit against my husband for owing taxes, from a miscalculation, when I told him a letter needed sent out he said one was but was returned, ( my post office leaves a notice in my box that I have something I need to sign for if I'm not at home). I said send another letter out, he said they could not, I said I don't know who you are, you could be anybody, I was then hung up on, beware its a scam

SCAM!!!!! Got the same message. I was going to be sued by the IRS!!!! SCAM!!!!

left two messages saying I need to call the IRS right away to avoid legal action. Gave name david white.
Total scam.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
