310-933-0184 is a criminal spammer who uses lots of different IP addresses. Typical IRS type scam, done with a poorly coordinated robo message.  Let's help him to prison, a minimum of $40,000 fine and put his butt out of business. Call shows him out of Compton, CA

Not  possible.  Scammers are located in India and Pakistan and as such they are beyond anyone's reach.  US can't do anything and the local governments to little.  Invest in a call blocker and DO NOT pick up on call numbers you do not recognize.
