I have just received a message from this number but I refused to answer and he called me back-to-back 7 times. A man claiming to be "Officer ?" I couldn't understand he because he had a thick Indian accent. He left a message that if I don't call him back that a warrant is going to be issued in my name and social security number.
Lady with a heavy Indian accent keeps calling our office asking to speak with someone. When we tell her she has the wrong number, she states "It is the number he gave us. I will keep calling and calling until you let me speak with him" and true to her word, she calls, we hang up, and she calls right back. This has been going on for several days and usually takes place about three times a day with her calling over and over for about 30 minutes.
Just got a call from some guy with a heavy indian accent saying he was from the Federal Trade Commission saying he was filing a lawsuit in my name and social and if I didn't want to lose my job, ruin my credit and go to jail I'd better return his call or have my attorney of record return his call.
This is a scam, for the last 2 months i have recieved calls from this number. The person calling always has a heavy accent. most of the time they say collection department or American law firm. They have called my place of employment multiple times asking for different employees. The person on the other line is always rude, i asked them to remove this number because it was an emergency line for nurses. They refused to take my number off their calling list. He then proceeded to tell me I needed to do my job and transfer the phone or else... I asked if that was a threat and he confirmed with "yes" now put the person on the phone. When i ask to speak to a supervisor he asked why and refused. i have read other peoples blogs who have received calls from this money and they say if they pay a substantial amount of money they will bot go to jail...I have notified the police for harrassment. If you are receiving calls from this number report them...hopefully they will catch these people.
A woman with a heavy Indian accent and a man with a similar accent calls my house harrasing us to talk to a person at my home who does not live there. Then she said this person was my husband - I am a widow. I told her why does she not send them out a letter and she claims they have sent letters and certified e-mails. I also told her if she continues to call I would turn her over to the authorities. She even called on Thanksgiving. The last message left on my message machine threaten to have the police go after this person at his home and job. The accent is so thick I cannot make out the so-called company they claim to work for. What I can understand it is suppose to be from the collection department of a California law firm.
I keep getting a call from this number. It is difficult to understand the caller. I ask the name of the company and the person (sometimes heavy accented female or male) and all they will tell me is they are an investigation company. They call my office several times a day. Anyone got any suggestions as to getting rid of this caller? I don't think it is fair that I should have to change my phone number because someone is harassing me. Who can I report this to? I always answer the phone in effort to satisfy them and tell them to stop calling and they call right back. They have even threatened to go to my employer and have me arrested.
