Caller ID says Nextiva which is a Voip telephone service.  I have it blocked.  The name and number may be spoofed.

Call from Nextiva. 310-933-4889. Left no message. I called back. Phone answers with music. Then a man says 'how can I help you?' I asked what company is this? He said UC STOCKS. That they provided business investments for new companies.  I've received calls before, said I'm not interested.. They don't stop calling!!!
