Who called from 3109455401

This number called me twice. No message was left.

rang in once, no message, on call back, recieved message stating that the number was not valid

Received call, Rang twice then stopped ringing. Didn't opt to call back. Looked the number online and found this post and similar posts.

Right after complaining about service to T-Mobile payment department, I got a call on my cellular and home phone at same time from this number. I did try and call the number and there was a recording of some sort. Anyone else complain to T-Mobile and get these calls?

I also got a phone call from this number after complaining about T-Mobile.  I did not answer and did not get a voicemail.
