This person has been calling me since 2015. It is now 2017. She speaks an unintelligible language. I speak English. Despite the fact that we clearly do not know each other and cannot communicate she continues to call. If I hang up she immediately calls back over and over until I block her. Anytime I reset my phone or clear the cache she is able ti call me though. It is the same cycle. I wonder what the con is. Be very careful.
