Does not leave a message. Called the number back and got recording saying if you would like to be removed from our list press 1. I get calls like this all the time with numbers throughout the U.S. I say it is a scam.

I got the same call with no message. I believe it is a robo caller. Don't press 1, it lets them know if you are a live number or not.
