Who called from 3109540036

calls. doesnt leave a message. doesnt say anything when i pick up

Sounded like a business solicitation call, but I couldn't understand a word that was said.  Suspect it was some type of fraud/scam.

I got the same # on my caller ID at work. It was a call from an Asian labor recruitment company.

received a phone call from this number, when I called the number it just rang no answer.

Just got a call from this customer 310-954-0066 and it was a recording saying to update my Google listing? Not sure why anyone would do this over the phone, especially with someone you don't know on an "incoming call" (DON'T BE FOOLED!), when you can just go online and handle it yourself very easily on Google directly. So, I would only assume this was a sales call and/ or scam?
