got the message that I supposedly won a best buy gift card. Didnt call the number and google couldn't find the weblink

Went to the site they send and read the "fine print" they have no affiliation with any company. they want you to do a survey, then participate in ten more things...then you supposedly get your gift cert. in the meantime you have to give them your email which I'm sure they sell to multiple other companies.
