Not only will I not answer, since I recognize the ID as being a contractor I did business with several years ago, I will be discouraging others from using them. Give it up already people! No actual message, just brief noise on voice mail.
4/17 4:09 PDT Just seem to be unable to take NO for an answer. Isn' t it weird that I seem to be the only one reporting this number? This time ID is once again blank.

This company has an A+ rating with the better business bureau. Perhaps filing complaints at BBB and commenting on Yelp would have a better result. I'm sure they do not want their ratings to be driven down with all the unwanted calls.
