Received a call on my home phone from this number on 10-31-2013; caller ID "OUT OF AREA." Left recorded message on my voicemail about the State of Calif. having determined that I may be eligible for rate relief to reduce my electric bill and (golly gee whiz wow) up to $21,000 in tax rebates. Press 5 to speak to an agent, press 3 to no longer receive these calls.
I have since received the SAME recorded message (even the same female voice) on 11-4-2013 (caller ID said "BIBIAN MARIA DE" - number shown as 559-260-4338, undoubtedly spoofed), 11-14-2013 (caller ID said "PRIVATE CALLER" - no number) and 11-18-2013 (caller ID said "PRIVATE CALLER" - number shown as 520-296-1812, which is almost surely spoofed since it checks out as belonging to an individual).
