Called, left no message. I called back and received a message saying this is not a working number.

Same. Called, no message. Called back, not working #.

Got 5 missed calls from them within these last 3 days. Called back as well and says number is not a working number

Keep getting calls from this number saying they are looking for Jocolyn

Called twice in two days. Claims to be a public opinion survey. Asked to be taken off their list the first time, was called the next day. Asked to speak to a manager and caller said, "If you can catch him, go right ahead." Clearly a scam. Indian accents on the past two calls (I've been called probably 6-10 time total). Number not in service. Probably being spoofed from India.
