I picked up and said "This is Sam" .... heard the automated low beep that comes on before a telemarketer begins speaking, then immediately someone breathing on the other end.  When I said "hello" once more, they hung up.

Nothing important.  Just people wasting our time..

Disconnected is what happens when ROBO callers dial my number! One ring and they are gone thanks to robo blocking service. ID read Infonet Cellular - should have read SCAMMER!
