Called twice yesterday, and once so far today.  No message, and when you call back it's just a busy signal.

Called today and did not want to leave a message.  Once I said that the person they were calling would not return any calls and/or take any calls without knowing who they were.  A women said that it was regarding our home and she was calling from "The Help Network".  I tried calling the number back and it rang busy!

this number keeps calling my cell phone but won't leave a message. How can I stop very annoying.

Receiving repeat calls from this number; no messages left and when I call it, it is busy.
