I made the mistake of answering a call from an unknown number in my local area code. Some clown tried to tell me he spoke to me about doing "interior work" last year. Total BS -- I let him ramble on for awhile just to waste his time.
Received a call from this number today. Was told "california design" was doing business on my street and that they were offering free estimates on any home repair projects. I asked for a phone number to call them back to schedule and they refused to provide a phone number. Told me they didn't want me "cold calling" them. Reality is they are calling from a bogus number and don't want to provide a phone number so that I can't report them for their telemarketing call. Annoying work around the "do not call list" as I receive numerous telemarketing calls every day now despite being on the do not call list. Can't report them without a number to report.
"California Design Center" used this number today, it actually is the fax number at a pediatrics office in LA. So California Design Center must use spoofed numbers to hide their true identity - anyone wanna venture a guess 'bout how good their craftsmanship is???
These clowns also spoofed the name of one of the pediatricians at the pediatrics group. The connection was terrible.

Someone from this number called me while I was at work but didn't leave a message. Judging by the comments, glad I wasn't home to take the call. Can't stand telemarketers.
Missed call, no msg. As mentioned above, this # is the fax# for an LA area pediatrics office (who would have no reason to call me) and is probably spoofed.
