Who called from 3109991111

No one responded when I answered after the 2nd ring, but the caller at this number was still on the line- it was not an automated phone call. I just held on and listened, eventually the caller hung up.

I also receive several hang up calls daily from this number.  They appear to be on the line, and then after a few seconds they hang up.  No one ever says anythin.

calls house - unavailable phone no on caller id - calls a lot. annoying

Same as everyone else...phone rings, I answer, silence, then they hang up.

ID says "California Caller".  I didn't pick up and they hung up after it went to the answering machine.

These people need to get a life.
