Who called from 31203462700

unknown. I did not answer too

I got called from this number today.  I had the sound turned off on the mobile phone, so I didn't hear the call.  And I didn't call back.

Found out later that it is was a call from the customer service for Shell tanking/service stations.  I got an email from them saying that they had called me.  I live in Norway, so Shell must use a central phone number system.
