The caller id says Locke Lord LLP from 312-201-2637. I don't answer the phone and they don't leave a message.
Here's a tip for everyone. When I get a persistent human solicitor that won't heed my request to never call again, the next time I blow a survival whistle in their ear. It's over 100 decibels of instant gratification. Just make sure you put on hearing protection first.
That has cut down on a couple of the callers. But not the jerks from Donate Your Car. I've asked them many, many times to quit calling me. One of them actually told me there was nothing I could do and they can call anytime they wanted. So instead of getting mad, I got even. Now they have several deaf people working for them. They still call, but not as often. And probably not the same person twice. ha-ha!
I called locke lord llp at 312-201-2637. Lady that answered said someone is using their number for a phone scam and that they have reported it but its not been resolved. She apologized for the inconvenience.
