Decided to pick up and answer in a foreign language.  Said they were calling about my "NICOR gas bill".  I led her on in the foreign language for a while, then she asked for my spouse.  I said "no speak english" to every request and she finally said, "ok, well there's no problem.  Good bye."

I added the number to my Panasonic cordless phone's call block list.

What a bunch of losers.
