Who called from 3122198771

VERY ANNOYING calls early morning and late evening    nobody answers

They just dont stop and our politicians don't seem to have an answer or dont care regarding these annoying phone calls, these robocalls.

They keep calling.  No message and they do not answer right away if you pick up.

Received a call from this number, did not pick up, no message left.  Another number from another scammer, it seems like.  If you can help it, never answer a call from a number you don't recognize.  They do stop calling, eventually... but new numbers will pop up.

Didn't answer, though prefix is local but figured it was a scam since I didn't recognize the number.
