Who called from 3122352123

Received 10 calls in a row. When I finally answered it was a foreign man telling me I was approved for a cash advance for up to $10k.
I told him I was not interested nor did I apply for one. He then became sarcastic and asked me why I called him? I told him he called me and asked where he got my number. He then hung up on me. A few minutes later he called back.
I ended up blocking the number.

Received an e-mail stating I had been approved for a loan for 10K.  Said it was E-Loans whoever they are - I deleted it and blocked.

Received multiple calls, when I told him I was not interested he told me to "shut up" then called me a "mutha f***"

Received several calls from this number.  When I told him I was not interested and to please remove my number he started signing profanities to me.

Got a call from this India Man (aka [***]?) said I could get up to $3,000.00. Just had to send $150.00, Western Union to Beaufort, SC. I would have my money in 1 hr. David Fox sounded to pushy. Didn't send any money, but I did give him too much info.
Some he already had, BANK NAME, Routing # and account #.. Not much in my account to begin with.
