Appears to be a a fake call advising I call a Wash.DC number (It was an electronic message)
Ignore or put the number on your "Block call" list.

Robo call. This is a scam. Doesn't ask to speak to a specific person but claims the call concerns a tax issue and you must reply before being arrested. The number is constantly busy.
