Samething Happend to me this afternoon but couldn't give me the county or a real address but said there was a pending civil suit in my county but wouldn't tell me what county I live in.
SCAM COLLECTION AGENCY.
Johnathan Thomas from Statewide Recovery Service Calling to inform my about a pending lawsuit, and to avoid dealing with my local jurisdiction, call back at same number. Company listed in California, calling from a Chicago area code.
If this were for real they would have served me, AND sent certified mail.
