This number called my cell phone at 2:19am. I did not recognize the number, and it was not registered in my registered in my phone with a name. I answered thinking it was an emergency. The person or automated system on the other end hung up.
Call at 2:30am Oregon time from this same number. Miss the call and they did not leave a message. This must be some sort of hack job or scam... SO annoying!
