when they get my answering machine they hang up - but calls come randomly day and night. very annoying

the recording says Virginia association of personal care assistants, which is odd considering it came from an Illinois number

keep calling the house- then there a toliet flush when u call them back.. as a VM message.. nice -CLOWNS

I am tempted to find out who owns this line.  I did some research and they are based out of Chicago.  Whoever they are, they better stop calling my cell.
