Same thing here...I answered and a recorded voice said:  "Sorry, I dialed the wrong number." Harvesting IMO. Annoying...

I honestly think the phone harvesting suspicion is what is happening here.

Just got the same "I called the wrong number" call, adding it to the do not answer list.

312-241-7487 called June 25, 2014 at 8:04pm. Caller ID = OUT OF AREA. Thank you 800notes, we see this spammer is an information gatherer. This is a nuisance call.

2) left no message
3) have caller ID of OUT OF AREA
