I have been receiving calls from Diane Johnson from Capital Solutions Associates saying that legal actions are being processed against me if I don't take care of this (payday loan) they are going to file court papers. She said that if I set up a 2 time payment plan that then no court papers will be filed. If I don't I will be served papers at my work.
