I talked to the contact with OSI and apparently this is a legitimate survey company on behalf of the DOD and Tricare. If a member wishes to decline participation, just ask to be placed on the do not call list.
called it is 9:39pm btw and said they were from the DoD looking for my husband i told him my husband was in afghn he asked when would be a good time to call back. lol i said in about 8 months. if it twere the DoD they have that info that he is not here so im not sure who they are but not very many people do have my number esp. that would even know my husbands name so its kind of weird.
I answered. They alleged to be calling on behalf of the department of defense and wanted to ask me questions about health care. When I declined, they offered a 1-800 number to call and verify authenticity of the survey. Also offered a website. I took the 1-800 number but have not called yet to verify.
