Just block him and tick the abuse report option. Theres tons of scammers like diplomas_here around. Don't answer, don't call, just block 'em. Theyre either phishing for skype nicks, looking for victims they can scam or even exploiting a vulnerability in the software by sending you harmful code inside the message. There were several issues with this mail, many skype users reported skype to crash all the time after they received this message and that the message always appeared again and again everytime they restarted skype.
