I have a New Mexico phone number, and the message said it was from Sandia National Lab Credit something or other (which is in Albuquerque) but I think the area code is from Chicago. It said they needed three pieces of information, but it didn't tell me what they were. They asked for my entire debit card number and I hung up to ask my bank instead...too suspicious...tuns out, my card is just fine.

I also got a call from this number saying my credit card from Susquehanna Bank (never heard of it, but probably a local bank) has been deactivated. Suspicious!
