Who called from 3122654710

We keep getting calls from this number which has a hispanic accent.  We do not know who it is.

I get calls from the same number, and I'm in Atlanta.  I don't know where you are, but I just don't answer.  Please let me know if you have any information about this number, i.e. what do they say?  Do they represent a company?  Have they told you why they're calling?  Admittedly, I have several outstanding bills, so that's the only thing that I can think of...

We get calls for collection for family members, and I am tired of them calling, my husband and I pay our bills so we don't get harassed.
