Called to say I was listed on a summons. Won't give address, won't send info on the supposed debt. Harasses and threatens. Gives name as Casandra Clark. Nichol Finch, Susan Carter, and then puts Richard Miles on the phone to degrade and harass.
Received call stating I will be summoned through my county for an unpaid debt. Would not give me any information nor would they send anything via email or fax. Gave name as Cassandra Carson, Dominique (no last name) and a Miranda (no last name). Have been harassing me for several days now.
I got a call on my home phone, the caller indicating that she was trying to contact a of whom person I've never heard. Caller states that there's a civil lawsuit in Dallas County that the person is listed as a respondent. Very VERY threatening tone of voice. Speaks very quickly .. had to replay the message several times to get all the information she spouted off. A waste of my time!
The caller then called my home office line. Since I recognized the number to be the same as the one placed to my home phone only 2 minutes prior, I answered. When I answered with my company name, the caller quickly stated "oh, wrong number" and VERY quickly hung up. Probably to try to reach another unsuspecting victim!
got a call about a summons for our daughter. my wife called back and was talked to very rudely by a inspector (yeah right) richard miles. he told her you need to shut up lady and if i showed up at your house with a warrant you would show me the respect i deserve. i called back and talked to an inspector harrington who acted shocked when i told her why i was calling. i asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on the phone with richard mile who talked hateful to me and was very rude.
