Who called from 3122671253

I keep getting these random phone calls from this phone # and other 312 prefix phone numbers & have no idea who it is or why they are calling. Worse is they are calling from IL and I live in AZ - therefore during my workday.  Anyone know how to remove my number

They keep calling and you call back they don't pick up.

Very annoying to receive calls from this number.

Some smartphones will let you block the offending number.
