I get dirty calls from this number1312-267-2971 can I sue?

Two calls today, no voice msg, I call back but for some reason I can't not make the call, Is any way to report this number????

They called and left no message. I called them back and an operator said it was a non-working number

The 'foreign-based' call center called me just to tell me exciting news that I had won a free vacation.  Forntunately for me (not for her) it was a live operator and I told her to "go f*ck yourself" and she seemed a little bit shocked.  She hung up and I haven't heard back since!

Got my number from Craigslist illegally.
