Got a call from this number today (5/12/2017) at around 4 PM. Caller ID showed up as "Out of area 1-312-270-8667". As with all "Out of area" calls, I let it roll thru to voice mail. No message was left. Added this number to my phone's Call Block List.
Left a partial message, but enough to call back. The person who answered had a very thick Indian accent and was literally unintelligible. I said I was calling back the number left on my phone and he became rude (as best as I could make out), then put me on mute and hung up after a couple of minutes.
Automated message left; just enough to give me a number to call. However, there's still no caller ID except "out of area." Won't blindly call any number back! If they haven't the courtesy to tell me who's calling I won't have the courtesy - or the stupidity! - to call them back.
