My mom has been getting calls from this number. They left a voicemail stating that martial law is going to takebplace and they have been authorized to put up a fance so that you have the choice of letting people in.
did not answer - suspect related to 3122731405. recieved yesterday. I am in Mass and do not know anyone in chicago. Rejected both calls. Looking at messages left for both numbers at this site - scam.
