I called LA Fitness to tell them my car broke down and i lost my card the same day so i wanted to cancel my membership, they keep telling me i have to go to the store or MAIL a cancellation latter. who mail staff this days? i can not go online and cancel. now they call me daily even thou i answered and told them the reason.
LA fitness calls me from this number and several other numbers, at least 2 or 3 times a day. Initially I picked up the call and when I refused to provide an alternative credit card I was told that to cancel my membership I had to go through the cancellation "process". I replied that my membership was month to month, there was no contract, I had not been to the club for months, I considered the membership cancelled. The club representative continued to argue and harangue me, I cut the call.
