Multiple nuisance Fax machine calls

I received several calls in quick succession this morning from this number.  My screen showed only the number, not the name of sender or the time and date, but our tech guru was later able to retrieve that info from the history and confirm the supposed Chicago origin.  When I picked up, I only got a series of repeated high pitch beeps, similar to that of a responding fax machine.

It was a fax from my doctor,  The Chicago number must be a faxing service as my doctor is in NJ.
